Recommendations
At this meeting the need to control the marketing of infant formula and
related products was recognized and led to the
recommendation for an
international code.
The guidelines contain an overview of
international policy, goals and guidelines; background on HIV and infant feeding; current
recommendations for HIV - positive women and considerations
relating to different feeding options; an overview of the process of developing or revising a national policy on infant and young child feeding incorporating HIV concerns; considerations for countries considering the provision of free or low - cost infant formula; suggestions for protecting, promoting and supporting appropriate infant feeding in the general population; key issues in supporting HIV - positive women in their infant feeding decisions; and considerations on monitoring and evaluation.
The
recommendations shall address indirect effects, both domestic and
international,
related to the production and importation of non-renewable transportation fuels that have significant greenhouse gas emissions.

The
recommendations shall address indirect effects, both domestic and
international,
related to the production and importation of non-renewable transportation fuels that have significant greenhouse gas emissions.
In response to a request for the G20, the Financial Stability Board — an
international body that monitors and makes
recommendations about the global financial system — established a Task Force on Climate -
related Financial Disclosures, chaired by Michael Bloomberg.
The
International Energy Agency welcomes the
recommendations of the Task Force on Climate -
related Financial Disclosures that aim to help businesses disclose the risks and opportunities presented by climate change.
Of particular note, this year's report card identifies BC's glaring lack of action to improve the safety of Indigenous women and girls, noting the province's failure to fully implement the vast majority of the
recommendations from the Missing Women's Commission of Inquiry, as well as the recent intentional deletions of emails
related to violence against Indigenous women along the Highway of Tears, and the ongoing
international criticism of BC and Canada's inaction.
Of particular note, this year's report card identifies BC's glaring lack of action to improve the safety of Indigenous women and girls, noting the province's failure to fully implement the vast majority of the

In doing so, the CSA Staff will «review climate -
related disclosure requirements in the securities laws of certain
international jurisdictions, such as Australia, the United Kingdom and the United States, as well as
recommendations contained in recently proposed voluntary disclosure frameworks with respect to climate -
related disclosure.»
The report makes 3
recommendations to the Government
relating to its approach to Indigenous issues at the
international level.
Similarly, the Committee on the Elimination of Racial Discrimination has, in its General
Recommendation No 23, called upon parties to the
International Convention on the Elimination of All Forms of Racial Discrimination [6] to ensure that that no decisions directly
relating to the rights and interests of indigenous peoples are taken without their informed consent.
