principle of equality most profoundly means that we are equally dependent on the constitutive
relationships that create us, however relatively unequal we are in our various strengths, including our ability to exemplify the fullness and concreteness
of this kind
of power.
The human rights
principles that are relevant to developing a sustainable
relationship between Indigenous people and mining companies are racial
