There are no less than three MediaPad M5 versions in the pipeline, according to the latest speculation, two of which will technically follow in the footsteps of the early 2016 -
released MediaPad M2.
As you can imagine, this is a diminutive model of the recently
released MediaPad M2 10.0, and it retains the Full HD screen resolution, fingerprint recognition, 3 GB RAM, Android 5.1 software and 13 and 5MP cams while swapping the Kirin 930 SoC for a Snapdragon 615 silicon, and obviously shrinking the cell capacity from 6,660 to 4,360 mAh.
Huawei though isn't revealing when it plans to
release the MediaPad except that that is likely to happen in Q3 of this year.
