Other women of the same
religion as a nun are not required (maybe even not allowed) to wear a nun's habit without being a nun.

I have every respect to those angels and consider bringing such subject up
as disrespect for what those do to our world with their kindness... Those
nuns and popes were once my teachers in the kindergarden in Aden Colony of Southern Arabia although I was considered
as Muslim from Muslim parents... so you can say I hold for them great respect although we are from different
religions beliefs...!
and then they are excommunicated and the fight is over... this is a hopeless fight especially when
religion is involved... they either fight for rights and lose it all (and essentially go to hell) or give in and listen to their religious leaders... I do not believe in what they do and could care less really but they are in a no win situation and they
as nuns should not be worried about birth control or anything of the such... they took the vows..
I used to think it was the old European women from three or four generations back that had
religion and superst.ition fed to them in equal amounts — even some
as recent
as my mother's generation with the
nuns» stories about lying before communion and having their tongue fall out of their mouths, or having the stone lions in front of the protestant church come to life and eat them or having the earth open up and swallow them because they didn't go to confession.
These
nuns should take this
as an opportunity and form their own church — one where the Social Justice and Charity aspects of the
religion are stressed.

I wouldn't expect any Moslem woman to wear a
nun's habit,
as it's clearly associated with another
religion so wearing it could be considered defecting Islam.
