Transfer to a preheated 200 degree weather to keep warm while you make
the remaining pancakes.
Cooked pancakes can be kept warm on a sheet pan in a 200 F oven while
the remaining pancakes are cooking.
Repeat with
the remaining pancake batter, butter griddle between each batch.
Cover with
the remaining pancakes.
I used to eat my pancakes one at a time, so I'd place one pancake on my plate and leave

I often just cook it all and keep
