Bottom line, I'd say, keeping in mind the limited info I have and a fairly quick analysis (and knowing very little about the Collier Heights neighborhood), you're probably looking at a high 100s sale price... maybe $ 175k to be more on the conservative side when running numbers with a nicely
renovated subject property — although you might be able to go higher depending on the final sale price of the 250k property and how long you are willing to let it sit on the market.
