A lot of people might disagree with me on this but i personally would want Theo to continue developing and playing as a striker and
replace Giroud for this coming season, use Giroud as a super sub coming in after 60 - 70 mins of play.
Expect Sanogo to
replace Giroud as the lone striker up front.
If we must
replace Giroud so be it.
The same problems exist every year, we need a top striker to
replace Giroud, a world class DM because Elneny is just not good enough I can see it already, a CB because Gabs is awful and Per has no pace
If we need to
replace Giroud we have the extortionate loan option for Falcao (20m for a year!!!)
Replace Giroud with Lewandowsky and we are good to go.
Lacazette — bought and loaned back to play CL with Lyon, will eventually
replace Giroud Isco — to replace Theo on the right for a couple of seasons before taking over the Cazorla role Experienced DM (around 28, South American...)-- to be able to alternate with Coquelin without compromising his future.
Arsene needs to get his head out the sand, replace coquelin with an authoritative and composed enforcer, replace Rambo with Ox, and
replace Giroud with a player from the very top shelf OR someone who's clearly on the path to it.
I hope so, but who would
replace Giroud if he doesn't play?
If we were looking at new signings, surely a cf with pace to
replace giroud / Sanogo.
Really hope we go for lukaku, there isnt a player better suited to what we need than him, he can
replace Giroud in the squad with his physicality and strength, but knows how to finish.
Are you really sure you want this person to
replace Giroud?
Wenger had already considered moves to
replace Giroud with Cavani and the lengthy injury suffered by the Arsenal man has hastened the Arsenal manager's desire to secure a deal that would see the South American move to the Premier League side.
In the Premier league as well it is similar story with no one to really
replace Giroud up front.
Best to bring in a striker, and bring in another one if Alexis leaves so to
replace Giroud.
Buy 4 players CB (a young promising CB) Rugani / Okore / Ilori DM (a cover of Coq) i would prefer Wanyama but not sure if he'll be okay for a squad role RW Rues ST --(a young promising ST to
replace Giroud in Long term) Zivokovic, Bakkali
do we want to
replace Giroud with this guy / or are we happy with Giroud as first option and getting this dude for competition / back up.
Never the less, i am happy its finally over, it is left to the fans to put pressure on «the Arsenal» to get us the quality striker to
replace Giroud, because Vardy was not a replacement for Giroud, but a stop gap for Welbeck
I think Welbecks movement, pace and power will soon either partially remove or
replace Giroud from starting line up.
i think welbeck scored a few headers and gives more pace and is younger and would be happy being a super sub so perhaps he could
replace Giroud?
I'm guessing Walcott will
replace giroud in a fluid front 3.
Aubumeyang would fit the bill perfectly, can play anywhere of the forward positions and brings plenty of goals, can play with or
replace Giroud
I'd look at getting either Cavani to
replace Giroud, or stick with Giroud and get Reus on the wing so we get more goals from elsewhere.
No One Can
replace Giroud Now (Welbeck and Ox are not fit).....
Whilst many are keen on just about any centre forward to
replace Giroud not many talk about how this player would interact and get the best out of Alexis / Walcott.
At least we can utilize these four players this season until we can afford a world class Cf up front to rotate /
replace Giroud.
I wouldn't mind Wenger bringing in Draxler considering the manager saw a young RVP in him, could either be moulded into a CF that would eventually
replace Giroud or play LW and replace Sanchez in the future.
Akpom (Free) to
replace Giroud.
Jamie Vardy was never going to
replace Giroud.
Iwobi, Maitland Niles and Adelaide to cover both wings Zelalem to replace Wilshere, Bielik to replace Flamini, Akpom to replace Wellbeck, Walcott to
replace Giroud.
If we play Walcott instead of Giroud, then we can play Kondogbia to
replace Giroud's height if that's needed.
Mkhit's price tag should be in our ball park and I think signing him would go a long way to rebuild believe with fans and the likes of Ozil and Sanchez but IMO signing Mkhit would not eliminate the need for a 20 + central striker to
replace Giroud.
Yes we need at least one more striker but the only players I woul
replace giroud with is Aguerro or Suarez, proven top scorers in PL.
Walcott and Oxlade must step up and be fit also for nearly the entire campaign, a ST / CF to
replace Giroud in the first team, sign a quality DM or and loan Gnabry.
He claims to be fed up hearing about AFC need to
replace Giroud with a better striker, well you should have proved otherwise then shouldn't you?.
I am also expecting a temporary loan move for a forward to
replace giroud.
Wenger refused to play Walcott as a winger at the end of last season and instead played Ramsey... Walcott was used as a sub to
replace GIROUD who is a CF, he then played instead of GIROUD in the CENTERFORWARD role.
So that means we're getting Carvalho to replace Arteta, Cavani to
replace Giroud and Hummels to replace Mert and Reus to replace Podolski.
At the moment I don't see why we should
replace Giroud, a striker that has made clear progress this season and is now fully integrated in our attacking system.
Does Giroud get sold for Auba coming in or is Auba a replacement for Sanchez and Mkhitaryan is really for Walcott and therefore does someone else
replace Giroud like Draxler (who is maybe actually replacing Ox)!!!!
We had to
replace Giroud and again staying within the rules we signed Welbeck who is not world class but is English, 23 years old, very face, has a good touch, great attitude according to everyone at Manchester united and has bags of potential.
IF Wenger stays he will be forced by many to look for and purchase either an established WC striker (which is a rarity) or a very promising young striker to
replace Giroud who will turn 30 this year.
Will Walcott now be returned to the starting line - up, and will he straight away
replace Giroud?
It'll be strange, tott ending with the second choice striker that we all wanted to try to
replace Giroud with, and then we end up getting the tott target Ben Yedder.
Alternatively we can just
replace Giroud with an Ibrahimovich, Lewandowski, Aguero, or a Lukaku.
I think we could get Lacazette in to
replace Giroud, Jose Gaya to replace Gibbs, and Rabiot in to replace Ramsey (Sell Wilshere as well but he on loan atm so no difference in losing him now).
i have said it already, but i will say it again, Wenger previously mention he is not looking to
replace Giroud but to full in the Welbeck spot wide player / forward.
He got Chambers (19 yrs with bags of potential), He got welbeck who people thot was brought to
replace giroud (meanwhile respects to this man for all the stick he has got from fans) but Wengers plan all the way was to use both.
We need the striker to
replace Giroud.
If we could get someone like Dzeko in to
replace Giroud I'd do it.
