reports a median home sale value instead of a mean in its monthly Existing - Home Sales reports (as well as most of its other industry statistics).

median price for existing single - family
homes increased by 5.7 % from Q1 2017 to $ 245,500.
In April, the Orlando Regional Realtor Association
reported that
median prices for single - family
homes were up by 11 % compared to April 2016, corresponding with decreases in
sales and available housing stock.
