the reps on the low side.

Lower the weight with control and repeat for three sets of 6 - 8
reps on each
side (c).
Go for 50
reps on that
side and
lower down.
Lower back down and repeat for all
reps on the right
side before switching to the left.
Do 4 to 6
reps on one
side then
lower the dumbell to your chest and switch hands.
Hold for a second at the top and then
lower and complete all
reps on that
side.
