request parental responsibilities for your child (ren) under the BC Family Law Act.

request a flexible working arrangement to assist with care
for: A
child or
children under the age of eighteen
for whom the employee has assumed
parental responsibility; A person or persons with a serious health condition in a family relationship with the employee; or A parent (age 65 or older) of the employee.
