transporting 1,000,000 gallons or more of Bakken crude oil, notification regarding the expected movement of such trains through the counties in the state.
Specifically, this notification must: (a) provide a reasonable estimate of the number of trains implicated by this Order that are expected to travel, per week, through each county within the state; (b) identify and describe the petroleum crude oil being
transported in accordance with 49 CFR part 172, subpart C; (c) provide all applicable
