I'm GFCF and would love to try coconut flour recipes but it seems that all of
them require lots of eggs.
I know coconut flour
requires a lot of egg and that this is a custard like food, but I think I may try it again with 6 eggs and see how it turns out.
It absorbs moisture more than any other flour and usually
requires a lot of eggs for baking purposes.
