vegetables following a ratio of 80:20 (meat: fruit / veg)
in order to support their energy levels and give them the
required vitamins and minerals they need to maintain an active lifestyle.
There are plenty of healthy
vegetable dishes that could be made
in a microwave, but the foods that really
require a microwave — frozen burritos come to mind — just aren't part of my
diet.
