scuba diving, this half day course you have just completed comprises a 30 minute introduction to the equipment, some basic theory, and the
skills required, followed by a half hour session in our pool trying out those
skills and getting accustomed to breathing underwater, then you are taken on a dive accompanied by one of our instructors.
