required to report any evidence or
data of student outcomes.36 Similarly, the Georgia Department of
Education releases an annual report at the end of school year for its
Special Needs Scholarship Program, but it does not include any information on student achievement.37 Parents can not make informed decisions about the best school for their child without comparable
data on student outcomes.
