NEW RULE II EDUCATIONAL
REQUIREMENTS FOR PERFORMING PSYCHOLOGICAL ASSESSMENTS WITHOUT SUPERVISION (1) Except
as provided in (2)(3), (4), and (5), a licensed clinical professional counselor or licensed clinical social worker may engage in psychological assessments without supervision only if the board has received and approved the
