If substantial
paternity / parental leave were made available to UK fathers and were
paid at reasonable rates and if this were taken up by substantial numbers of fathers this would
require a revolution in thinking by government, employers, trades unions and others about the work / care nexus which could benefit not only fathers but mothers and children too (Green & Parker, 2006; Lewis & Cooper, 2005)-- and, ultimately, employers too.
Require «able - bodied» Medicaid enrollees to
pay child support and participate in child -
paternity testing or face losing benefits.
