Aremu, who is also the Chairman
of IndustriALL Global Union, Sub-Sahara Africa, lauded the #Bringbackourgirls group and urged President Muhammadu Buhari to apply same dedication with which he tackled Boko Haram to
rescuing the
schoolgirls.
The failure to
rescue the
schoolgirls contributed to the election defeat last year
of former President Goodluck Jonathan.
Some
of the
schoolgirls abducted by Boko Haram insurgents at Government Girls secondary school Dapchi in Yobe have been
rescued by the army.
