With a typical
brokerage account, you can spend days
researching, reviewing, and evaluating
different stocks, bonds, mutual funds, or ETFs and still not be sure what is best for your money.
But do your
research beforehand, because every
brokerage has a
different policy, it may not be consistent, and they may not advertise it openly.
Rather,
research shows that a client will get a better deal if two
different brokerages participate in the sale of a property and if the property is broadly advertised.
When I first became a real estate agent I tried and
researched a number of
different real estate sales training programs offered through various
brokerages and through third party coaches, but found all of them to be woefully inadequate for what I was looking for.
