It doesn't have much
reserve ammo - your second and last mag is only six rounds - but its fire rate means you can fire all fourteen
of those shots in any
of the raid's damage phases, and that's pretty savage DPS.
It's nowhere near as big a deal as the boss cheese Bungie was keeping track
of, but in Destiny 2, your power weapon typically has limited
ammo reserves, so something like this can definitely still prove advantageous.
It's all about having to push through enemy defenses, building bridges and destroying
ammo reserves to take control
of the village.
Prometheus Lens — Increased base damage plus Flame Refraction perk now generates
ammo instead
of pulling from
reserves.
