in household dust can tell researchers about the probable ratio of male and female
residents of a home, as well as whether there is a pet such as a
dog or cat.
The County's ordinance that restricted
residents to three
dogs and six cats per residence was rescinded
in 2000, and now there is no county restriction on the number of animals per
household.
