I am badly allergic to nuts and this seems to
result in a lot of your recipes becoming «out of bounds» for me.

Coconut is quite tricky, as it absorbs a
lot of liquid, and the
resulting texture (when I've used it
in other
recipes) is quite different, plus it adds coconut flavor, which I'm not sure how it would work
in combination with the feta cheese... So, I would not suggest using it here.
I'll use guar on occasion, but I've found that
in a
lot of recipes that I've found on line, I can eliminate the xanthum and still have excellent
results.
I am lactose and egg intolerant so was keen to try out this
recipe but I'm super disappointed with the
result: (The bread is quite dense and raw
in a
lot of places even though I cooked it for double the time suggested (because every time I checked with a skewer it came out wet).
This is used
in a
lot of recipes to sweeten the end
result so, check.

lot of extra oil, eventually your
recipe would
result in a soft bar
of soap that could go rancid more quickly.

results in easy, delicious
recipes that don't take a
