The author is paying money in order to promote their book — and they may as well throw that money down the drain if they're paying for their book to be promoted on blogs that have few readers or

the review by this blogger, you would have realised three things: 1) Perfect Keto is not a MLM company.
Second only to the reviews on the virtual bookstores at Amazon, B&N, the iBookstore and others,

It's great because not only are you getting the word out about your book... you are getting
reviews by bloggers... and libraries are receiving it so that instead of one person buying your book... hundreds will have the opportunity to read it... and perhaps love it enough to buy a copy... a win / win / win situation.
I agree that just having your book
reviewed by a blogger doesn't mean Hocking proportion sales, but I will say, I personally ADORE her books and she is always top of mind with me.

By your definition it would mean that
bloggers such as myself are being barred from
reviewing books they legitimately purchased, which in turn contravenes with the notion that
reviews for a verified purchase are highly encouraged.
