I like how both games realize why
the rhythm game market crashed.
It looks like Genius Products got the jump on the turntable
rhythm game market before Activision Blizzard's DJ Hero.

As someone who attempts to seek out and play every new
rhythm game on the
market, I'm legitimately surprised at how much more I enjoy DropMix then most of the virtual offering this year, even when I'm trying to make the worst mashups imaginable.

market, Nurijoy made a splash with last year's arcade
rhythm game Beatcraft Cyclon.
The publisher goal is to
market the title as a fun
rhythm game, which the whole family can enjoy.

market these days, but people always want to press buttons in time to music.

game is probably the best example of a genre which killed itself through

Rhythm games are the new FPS for a lot of
gamers, a broader audience of
gamers, and the
market is thriving and demanding new titles.
But I really don't feel like its a newbie
game unless you have a couple of bucks for continued
marketing, have a plan to find real buyers, a plan to
market alot to find real deals and really stick to it for a while to get your
rhythm going and even then you just might make a couple of bucks.
