consumption of chillies in India, as both rich and poor daily use them, and they form an important ingredient in the curries and chutneys in general use,

I was surprised by this study
when it first came out since historically, Asian countries with high
consumption of white
rice still had low incidence of diabetes.

when we cut our fat, we increased
consumption of starchy foods like potatoes,
rice and wheat, thinking they were healthier.
