Spaghetti squash doesn't quite taste like
rice, so the flavor was slightly different than a traditional Mexican - style
rice bowl, but the squash is very mild and mostly takes
on the flavor of whatever you are

on Turtle Creek in Dallas — Juan's seitan mole over herbed
rice, homemade tortillas, and, for dessert, Barbara's apple - oatmeal crisp and my flan.
I also just put the mix directly
on the baking tray, sprinkled with a tiny bit of
rice flour and flattened into shape before
cooking, rather that what Her Pigness describes doing which was too time consuming for me and I was in a hurry (as usual)!!
