I have just cooked the blueberry muffins as you say they are like a liquid batter but they haven't turned into muffins they are just blueberry slop in bottom of muffin tins.I don't see how these can turn into muffins when they are just pure liquid and there is nothing in the recipe to bind them together.The only different ingredient I used was
rice milk as didn't have almond
milk and actually put less maple syrup in as didn't have full amount so the recipe should have been even runnier.Am feeling a bit frustrated as the ingredients aren't cheap.

Very mild in flavor the way it was, so next time I will probably
do 1.5 - 2x of everything for a more intensely flavored
rice, and I think I will cook the

The sauce, of which there is plenty (I like a little chicken with my sauce), is built from tomato and yogurt (no coconut
milk this time) though I
did accompany with a coconut infused brown basmati (just add 1 Tbsp of coconut oil to the
rice while cooking, works like a charm), the boys love it too.
If you
do this, remove it from the fridge 20 minutes before cooking, stir well, and add a tablespoon or two of
milk to restore it to its original consistency (
rice flour soaks up moisture as it sits).

I put the coconut
milk, pineapple juice and water in the
rice cooker with two cups of long grain brown
rice and I needed to add about 1/4 cup of water and reset it because I didn't have quite enough liquid.
I know it's made of
milk, white sugar, some orange zest in strips that of course dissolves at the end, some
rice that gets crushed to almost powder (I don't know the why about this and I want to replace it with a tiny bit of
