i wonder if you could sub the
Vanilla Rice Milk Powder for 1/2 cup + 1 T powdered rice bran (or just powdered rice, so rice flour) and 1/2 + 1 T cup brown rice protein powder...?
Any other alternative non-dairy milk powder should substitute well, although
the rice milk powders seem to be hit and miss on reviews and lack nutritional content.
But what I was most jazzed to see are these vegan white chocolate chips made with just 4 simple ingredients: cocoa butter,
rice milk powder, cane sugar, and vanilla.
I would just try using the brown rice protein powder alone, but start off by adding one scoop at a time to the blender with the milk as it might thicken faster than
the rice milk powder.
Ingredients: sweet brown rice, evaporated cane juice, brown rice flour, tapioca flour, arrowroot flour,
rice milk powder, cream of tartar, baking soda, xanthan gum, salt and ground vanilla bean.
