If you want more carbs, serve over cooked white
rice and
mixed greens or a salad of choice, along with a sweet potato or yam, or sweet potato fries (here's a sweet potato fry video recipe
from me — and because of the heat instability of extra virgin olive oil, I recommend you use olive oil or coconut oil for your fries, not extra virgin olive oil).
