Lemon provides the tang, eggs give a velvety smooth finish, and barley replaces

Quinoa is cooked
in a similar manner to
rice and can be used
in many of the same types of dishes where you might usually use
pasta or rice.
Toss some of your favorite green vegetables, such as brussel sprouts, broccoli,
or asparagus,
in the pan just before the salmon is cooked, and serve the dish with
rice or pasta.

I love to eat them by themselves, on polenta,
in pasta or rice, on crostini,
in salad - the list goes on and on.
Try using it as a replacement for
