For packed lunches I normally make big batches of quinoa and brown
rice with apple cider vinegar / lime and salt and then
do a big thing of roasted veg — things like sweet potato and squash cubes, so I throw a mix of that into a tupperwear with some raw veg — things like avocado, grated carrot, tomatoes and then some hummus / lentils / chickpeas / seeds for
protein.
I have a similar recipe but it's half the ingredients, only 1 date (I don't like it too sweet) and a serving of
rice protein powder added.

rice to make a complete
protein as the turkey
does that, however I have omitted the turkey and used quinoa!
Oat flour is a bit higher
protein than tapioca or brown
rice, so the cookies might need to be baked a little bit less so they don't dry out.
Though you
do get
protein from the
rice noodles, edamame, and other veggies, feel free to add another
protein on top or on the side.
It
does contain a decent amount of
protein (8.6 g) and fibre (5g) but also a lot of sugar, in the form of
rice syrup, dates, chocolate chips, glucose syrup and barley malt.
I'm also allergic to

If so, whey doesn't work in this recipe, only brown
rice protein (whey doesn't absorb the liquid and the mixture turns really sticky).

did it get into brown
rice protein and how can you avoid it?
Although
rice isn't typically thought of as a viable
protein source, the grain actually
does contain a fair amount of the sought - after macronutrient.
