When testing multiple batches of our products with accredited labs, we
did find a larger amount of tungsten in one batch of
rice protein only, but otherwise found only small amounts of tungsten in our
rice protein powders.
To make them, all you have to
do is melt the honey (or brown
rice syrup) in a saucepan with whatever nut butter you choose, add - in the
rice cereal,
protein powder and chopped nuts or seeds (if using) and stir together.

do use a
protein powder I'd recommend avoiding soy and whey and going with a pea,
rice, chia, or potato
protein (or blend).

protein powder, substitute it for three to four tablespoons of gluten free 1 - to - 1 baking flour, all - purpose flour, brown
rice flour, cassava flour, oat flour, sorghum flour, spelt flour, or wheat flour.
It's higher in most amino acids than
rice protein and doesn't contain the trypsin inhibitors that are common in soy
protein powders — compounds that hinder
protein digestion in the stomach and small intestine.
I have another tricky question, I would like to buy a
protein powder, but whey apparently contains a lot of lactose, some sites say it
does not, some say it
does, very confusing, I can not tolerate fermented products, so
rice protein powder is also a no go, egg

do eat a lot of meat, I thought about hemp or pea
protein, don't know how pure they are, if the
protein part is totally extracted so that the fiber (fodmap) part is not there anymore?
