Things that help: keeping knees together as much as possible such as getting in and out of bed or trying to avoid stepping to the side, a
hot rice sock on your privates, chiropractic care, massage, resting as much as possible, sitting on an exercise ball helps for some and for others make sit worse so experiment.

The most common type of heat is a heating pad, water bottle or

You can also soothe your back muscles by using a heated

The first step is to always get kittens warm by using a heating pad,
rice sock, or other heating device.
