I always
use ricecakes / rice crackers as the faux bread crumbs in meatballs / patties etc - Works out just great!
THAT was one of the most insane Bloody Mary's I've ever seen in my life with basically every single ingredient on the farm — kale, celery, green beans, cilantro, a little
puffed ricecake, radishes, peppers, tomatoes.
Some almond butter,
ricecakes and a few tangerines and I'm all set.
Divide greens among
the ricecakes, and top eachwith 4 fig halves, 1 smoked almond, and a few grains of sea salt.
Spread
each ricecake with 2 tablespoons hummus.
Besides not serving the filling on
ricecakes, which were as yet uninvented when I was a kid, Mother didn't use the chipotle, cream cheese, spinach, or cilantro garnish and you don't need to either.
Spread 1 tablespoon cream cheese on
each ricecake, top with about 8 baby spinach leaves, half the bean mixture, a dollop of mayo, and a cilantro sprig.
I can remember drinking coffee every morning with two
ricecakes and peanut butter.
