It's apparently UK Chocolate Week at the moment, so I thought I would pop up a very simple and healthy recipe for these delicious little Choc - Peanut Butter Truffle Bites, made with flavonoid -

powder and they tasted really nice but i just found
cacao at my local health food store and made these tonight and they are amazing, so much more
rich than the ones I made with the cocoa
powder.
If you are using cocoa
powder, you would need to double the quantity of
cacao powder as
cacao is much
richer in flavour and hasn't been heated or refined x
Cacao powder can be quite
rich if you're not used to it, so you might want to use a little less or add a little more maple to help with the flavour.
The beauty of these chocolates really lies in the
rich authentic taste of the raw
cacao powder and the
cacao butter, both just have such deep flavours that are so unlike any of the processed cocoa you buy.
Make sure you use raw
cacao powder rather than cocoa as this has a much
