Beginning on March 18, guests will enjoy a decadent, mouthwatering menu featuring brunch favorites like Ricotta Cheese Blintzes, California Benedicts, Carl's Skillet Fried Chicken and Waffles, Brioche French Toast, and more.

I love this salad, I made it myself several times but I use ricotta or feta cheese spindled on top and let it melt a bit in the oven....

In another bowl, beat ricotta, cream cheese and confectioners» sugar with an electric mixer on medium until smooth.

Tofu ricotta (see recipe below) Cheese sauce (see recipe below) About 15 cooked lasagna noodles Your favorite marinara sauce (at least a jar's worth) Vegan parmesan or mozzarella to sprinkle on top Tofu ricotta 18 ounces firm tofu 3 tablespoons nutritional yeast 1 tablespoon dried basil 1 tablespoon oregano 1 tablespoon garlic powder Salt and pepper to taste Cheese sauce 1 cup of water 1/4 cup roasted red peppers 1/4 cup raw almonds 1/4 cup lemon juice 3 tablespoons tahini 3 tablespoons whole wheat flour 2 tablespoons corn starch (or arrowroot) Salt to taste Garlic powder to taste

Ripe tomatoes layered on top of flaky puff pastry and smothered with herbed ricotta cheese.

Top with three lasagna noodles and the remaining ricotta cheese, then sprinkle the mozzarella cheese and remaining 1/2 cup of parmesan cheese on top.

As I mentioned, this recipe for Lemon Ricotta Cheese Cookies di Chef Luca was one I found on Pinterest.

In this savory galette, I use Swiss chard, onion and mushrooms on top of ricotta cheese blended with herbs and lemon.

If you want to opt for a more natural homemade cheese, check out this tofu ricotta cheese that is also AMAZING when spread on pizzas!

Serve in bowls with additional sauce on top and a dollop of Tofu Ricotta Cheese Sauce and a sprinkling of parsley.

My girls sprinkled parmesan cheese on their portions, but me, I used your cashew ricotta and it was yummy.

I planned on using low fat Ricotta in this dish because I'm generally not a fan of fat free cheeses, but my grocery store was out.

◾ Combine Parmesan cheese and ricotta cheese and drop by spoonfuls on top of pasta mixture.
