Your reference to the uproar had nothing to do with my
comment that it was illogical and
ridiculous that people would believe a god would create a religion for everyone on the planet yet made that religion only comprehensible
in one specific language.
People writing

RIDICULOUS!
(2) somewhat linked to the previous
comment in that we never seem to be prepared to hit the ground running with our best potential lineup come opening day... it's become so common,
in recent years, that many fans actually hope we stumble a little
in the first couple games just so it forces Wenger to bring
in reinforcements... unfortunately this can be problematic, thus one of the most common phrases associated with Wenger, «panic buy»... this situation is also negatively impacted by the
ridiculous policy regarding players who played
in the summer months... right now I'm watching the Super Cup and not a single player is unavailable to either manager, including Ronaldo, yet somehow we have a list of players half a mile long that haven't seen game - time so far this preseason... I can only assume this is a reactionary policy created due to the multitude of injuries this club has faced over the years... just another sign of the fragility that permeates this club
Now evidently these
comments could come back to haunt the pair as there is still every chance that the
ridiculous money being offered
in China could turn any player's head as they do what's best for their future.
a
ridiculous comment from someone that obviously is brainwash by the system and believes
in fairy tales
Your
comment that Theo is not
in the same league with Benzema is
ridiculous.
you are a joke well i do nt really make fun of man u or man city i just do nt like chelsea nothing more nothing less, the arrogance
in your
comment is
ridiculous
This next one I have voted the most
ridiculous comment I have EVER seen on here, let's see if you agree... «What you all don't know now is that Wenger is not happy with us (fans), it's whispered
in high places that he has sworn to deal with us by even missing out on 4th position.
So what. You continue to post your
ridiculous comments then I will continue to give you my opinion. How can you even begin to believe the article was
in DEFENCE OF WENGER?What it did was clearly highlight the total FAILURE OF THIS MANAGER.
He is correct and I've also noted
in the
comments here about us dropping points under near -
ridiculous circumstances last season.
Please note the words «intelligent discussion» as I am now going to give some examples of other anti-Wenger
comments that have been deleted, because they are so
ridiculous that they can
in no way be called part of any intelligent debate about Arsenal or football.
Although I've found it very cathartic to speak, vent and end occasionally rant about all things Arsenal, we need to act carefully and intelligently right now or we're going to get played by this club even worse than at present... the pro-Wengerites and the suits, who represent a considerable proportion of the season ticket holders, don't want to believe that there is no plan and that Wenger has mailed it
in for several years now or that things are going to get much worse before they get better... why would they... many have spent a considerable sum buying some of the highest priced tickets
in the World... they want to have a front row seat to see something special and to be seen doing so, which simply provides ample justification for the expense and the time invested... to many of them, Wenger is the sun
in their soccer universe... his awkward disposition, misplaced arrogance and his utter lack of balls makes him a rather unusual cult figure, but the cerebral narrative seemed to embolden those who already felt pretty highly of themselves... many might not even of really liked football that much before his arrival and rarely games they weren't attending... as such, they desperately believe that Wenger, and only Wenger, can supply them with their required fix... if he goes, they were wrong and that's a tough pill to swallow... they would have to admit that they were duped... they will definitely resent whoever made them feel this way, but of course it will be too late by then... so when we go overboard with
ridiculous comments bordering of anarchy, it scares the shit out of them and they shift their blame towards us rather than at those who really perpetrated this act of treason... we aren't the enemy... we simply woke much earlier and the reason our
comments have gotten more vile
in recent years is out of utter frustration...
in order for any real change to occur at this club we need to bring as many supporters as possible with us or the big money interests will fade and our ultimate objective will be lost... so it's time to focus on the head instead of the heart for now
Those
comments about Europa League could be, also just revenue streams related (since we are not good enough to go further
in CL) as more games
in the Europa league, so more money («mugs» fans won't really complain and keep paying those
ridiculous prices for «very little»
in return).
Sorry but some
comments on this site are becoming
ridiculous... just now i read a
comment from proffetic i think
in the article with the ratings for this game where he really said that gab could do nothing about the goal (that isnt the problem about his
comment, its the part which comes now) BUT mertesacker was the one who should be blamed..
Goonerboy, your
comment «Again another German defender was at the centre of a
ridiculous debacle» is
in bad taste.
Such a restriction seems beyond
ridiculous — I for one would never restrict my
comments in this way.
More excuses, more bad decisions, more
ridiculous claims and more delusional
comments by the big man... Wenger talks about keeping Ox for years to come yet no contract, then talks about Wiltshire being back
in the squad for the season («new signing») and finally he makes a statement that seems to suggest that our club will be sellers not buyers
in the current transfer window... will this insanity ever end?
The last thing we should be worried about is what other clubs are doing, especially considering the
ridiculous amount of issues we have with our own squad... for those still on the fence regarding their feelings towards are current manager please make note of the
comments he made following our loss to Stoke... once again he played the referee card, which might have carried a little weight if it wasn't the umpteenth time he has used this excuse and the fact that we were absolutely pathetic
in the final third... I could speak at great length about the myriad of problems with this club but I'll focus on just a few of the more pressing concerns:
Picture this, we don't come out of the gate firing on all cylinders, Wenger speaks of how there wasn't enough time for the first - teamers to build chemistry, several key players aren't even playing because of Wenger's utterly
ridiculous policy regarding players who played
in the Confed Cup or the under21s and the boo - birds have returned
in full flight... if these things were to happen, which is quite possible considering the Groundhog Day mentality of this club, how long do you think it will take for Wenger to recant his earlier statements regarding Europa... I would suggest that it's these sorts of
comments from Wenger which are often his undoing... why would any manager worth his weight
in salt make such a definitive statement before the season has even started... why would any manager who fashions himself an educated man make such pronouncements before even knowing what his starting 11 will be come Friday, let alone on September 1st... why would any manager who has a tenuous relationship with a great many supporters offer up such a potentially contentious talking point considering how many times his own words have come back to bite him
in the ass... I think he does this because he doesn't care what you or I think,
in fact he's more than slightly infuriated by the very idea of having to answer to the likes of you and me... that might have been acceptable during his formative years
in charge, when the fans were rewarded with an scintillating brand of football and success felt like a forgone conclusion, but this new Wenger led team barely resembles that team of ore... whereas
in times past we relished a few words from our seemingly cerebral manager,
in recent times those words have been replaced by a myriad of excuses, a plethora of infuriating stories about who he could have signed but didn't and what can only be construed as outright fabrications... it's kind of funny that when we want some answers, like during the whole contract debacle of last season, we can't get an intelligent word out of him, but when we just what him to show his managerial acumen through his actions, we can't seem to get him to shut - up... I beg you to prove me wrong Arsene
You need to take a lie down pal as you are clearly not thinking straight.Ozil is the one that makes it all happen. He is the one that knits it all together. He is the only player that will be of concern to whoever we play
in the next round. Why?Because without Ozil all other teams know they would beat us.Simple as that. And YOU want him not to play.Unbelievably
ridiculous comment
Although it will be incredibly difficult to ever match his contributions on the pitch, it's vitally important for a former club legend, like Henry, to publicly address his concerns regarding the direction of this club... regardless of those who still feel that Henry has some sort of agenda due to the backlash he received following earlier
comments he made on air regarding Arsenal, he has an intimate understanding of the game, he knows the fans are being hosed and he feels some sense of obligation, both professionally and personally, to tell it like he sees it... much like I've continually expressed over the last couple months, this team isn't evolving under this current ownership / management team... instead we are currently experiencing a «stagnant» phase
in our club's storied history... a fact that can't be hidden by simply changing the formation or bringing
in one or two individuals... this team needs fundamental change
in the way it conducts business both on and off the pitch or it will continue to slowly devolve into a second tier club... regardless of the euphoria surrounding our escape act on Friday evening, as it stands, this club is more likely to be fighting for a Europa League spot for the foreseeable future than a top 4 finish... we can't hope for the failures of others to secure our place
in the top 4, we need to be the manufacturers of our own success by doing whatever is necessary to evolve as an organization... if Wenger, Gazidis and Kroenke can't take the necessary steps following the debacle they manufactured last season, their removal is imperative for our future success... unfortunately, I strongly believe that either they don't know how to proceed
in the present economic climate or they are unwilling to do whatever it takes to turn this ship around... just look at the current state of our squad, none of our world class players are under contract beyond this season, we have a
ridiculous wage bill considering the results, we can't sell our deadwood because we've mismanaged our personnel decisions and contractual obligations, we haven't properly cultivated our younger talent and we might have become one of the worst clubs ever when it comes to way we handle our transfer business, which under Dein was one of our greatest assets... it's time to get things right!!!
tafadzwa, it would be easy to be bitter... im dissapointed not bitter, if we wer a bitter nation wed hav gone around thrashing stadiums and wrecking bars and restaurants when we feel aggrieved, iv tried to be dignified and objective but some of the
comments really are
ridiculous and for you to applaud what happened last night just on the basis of robbie keane playing for spurs was enough to drive me to react, and if you can truly begrudge the other 15 honest sportsmen
in that squad what they earned and deserved against the odds last night solely because keane plays for those tossers, im sorry then you truly are an idiot
Some of the
comments made by our great manager this month have been really laughable BUT i expected nothing different as he will not sign anyone of note AS USUAL!!!!! The Yaya Sanogo signing looks even more
ridiculous in the gran scheme of things BUT that's wenger for you, i also hope he has a conscience and understands that we need to win something this year and if not the league title then we must at least finish second NOT 3rd OR 4th to show some improvement anythingt other than that and he should not renew his contract.
Wigan may well be a watching exercise
in the meantime, best left well alone before they win half - a-dozen games on the trot and make my childish
comments about their new signings look
ridiculous and unjust.

The only good bit about the Today programme coverage was the performance of the BBC Exec who simply repeated the message that it was a racist
comment made

«I would conclude by stating categorically and without any equivocation that ANY link whatsoever with Mr. President, or any court case or cases, of my personal gift from my personal resources delivered to Justice Niyi Ademola by myself on that occasion or any suggestion whatsoever that it was anything but such a gift or that it ever came from Mr. President or at his instance or that I was acting, under any circumstances, on his behalf is most malicious, utterly
ridiculous and
in very poor and revolting taste and most undeserving of any further

«Some of the most stupid, asinine, insensitive,
ridiculous comments I have ever heard

in discussing them.

My
comment came to say: Say yes when they announce MK8, but don't say «I don't need / want that game» when a publisher says they're widening the catalogue of a rival without considering WiiU, because it's
ridiculous fanboy and it may lead that
in the duture you can't enjoy games from third party that you like, let's say AC, CoD -LRB-... xD), ok, or good games: Dragon Quest, Kingdom Heart, for example.
This
comment got a small laugh from the audience and I overheard quite a few people surprised by this, many saying that it's clearly the best Sonic game
in years and what people have been asking for, it seemed
ridiculous that he or SEGA would be worried about showing it off.

RealClimate has allowed almost the whole of the

My objection was to the wild and
ridiculous charge made by Brian

I hear what your saying about not meddling
in other people's business
in a sense, but your
comment about the Israeli «Save the pigs» movement was so
ridiculous and uneducated that it doesn't help your cause
in the least.
That's a fitting conclusion to your
comment as the misrepresentation
in it well represents the blatant and
ridiculous falsity that permeates your

Perhaps the most
ridiculous and absurd
comment regarding the value of the SB 32 emission reduction mandates contained
in the Times articles was the following:
Much like your own
comments, the book you cite appears to be the overblown,
ridiculous, and unserious ranting of a fringe element; even if the authors make good points, somewhere deep
in the text, it seems unlikely that it will be worth most readers» time to filter it out of the dross.

It is a technique that I have seen contrarians use before on threads — barge
in making
ridiculous claims, then sane and rational people get frustrated and then you cut and paste their
comments out of context and say — see how mean tow «extremists» are.
