The meal options I came up with had to be: # 1 things that would be fairly easy to prepare (I wasn't about to take an extra hour on Sunday to make something elaborate), # 2 had to be

Having said all that, the reality is, if you practice standard regular exercise, and eat a healthy, balanced diet of nutrient - dense

right quantities, planning your meals one to two hours before your workout and one to two hours after it, then you don't really
need to do anything more than that.
I dare say we've never
needed comfort
food more than we have in the past four weeks, and at a time that's filled with plenty of challenging days, the silver lining is that this is the
right season for such meals.
I got the idea for the sauce from Lindsay's new cookbook — her almond sauce though (for 2 servings) calls for 1/2 a cup of sesame oil (I
need to ask her if that is
right, because that's a lot of oil and sesame oil can be very overpowering) which would have meant the sauce in her dish would be 17 points per serving, without the
food included.
Would rather buy it all in bulk in one single trip and then I can take advantage of any multi-buy offers if
needed — I keep seeing list after list of daily plans but no shopping list, I have to go through it all and spend hours to find each ingredient amount into a spreadsheet and add it all together and buy the corresponding pack of each thing to the
right size as required — often realising that it will cost me more than # 200 a month just for the
food and then refuse to do the diet because of the cost, for the unemployed this is way too expensive.
