Tim i found it liberating to just do what the Lord wants you to do i work within his boundarys and yes i attend church and enjoy it.I love the
people and i love hearing the word and worshipping the Lord even if others are still bound up with traditions thats not my walk thats theres. My focus is to do what the Lord wants me to do.There have been times i have said no to the pastor he does nt understand why i choose not to lead the worship.i query him as well regarding the idea that its not just performing a function because there is a need our hearts have to be in the
right place so that the Lord can use us but he did nt understand where i was coming from and thats okay because
of that i just said no until my heart is
right i am better not being involved in leading. But i am happy to be an encouragement to others in the worship
team i havent wanted to be the leader i have done that in the past.So my focus has been just the singing and being part
of different worship
teams i think the Lord has other plans as the groups i am in seem to be changing at the same time i am aware that i do nt to worry about change as the Lord knows whats best.I used to be quite comfortable leading the music but that was before when i was operating in my own self confidence and pride. The Lord did such a huge change in my life that i lost my self confidence and that is not a bad thing at all as my spiritual growth has been incredible. The big change was my identity moved from me and what i could do to knowing who i was in Christ and that he is my strength and confidence. Now i know that without him i can do nothing in fact i am dependent on his empowerment through his holy spirit all the time in everything. In the weekend i was asked to lead the music at another church i attend multiple churchs although i attend two regularly one has services in the morning and one has services in the evening so the two do nt really clash. In the weekend i was asked to lead the music its been two years since i did that and i was worried on how i would go.All i can say is that it went really well and because i stepped out in Faith the Lord really blessed the morning to the congregation. The difference is knowing that i serve the Lord with the gifts he has given me but my heart has to be
right and when i do it in his way it builds up the body and it brings glory to him.May the Lord continue to show you what he wants you to do even though others may not understand your reasons i just want you to know that you do nt have to pull away completely just work within the boundarys that the Lord gives you and do nt feel pressured by others expectations to do anything that feel uncomfortable.Be involved just as you feel lead by the holy spirit even if it is in a very minor way take small steps.regards brentnz

Without God, we are torn in two directions: universities praise diversity, but students still form cliques; politicians promise a bright future, but all our news programs are distressing;
people are obsessed with scientific explanations
of everything, and equally obsessed with sentimental love in every pop song; sexual abuse with a minor is the most shameful
of all crimes, but everyone has a
right to complete sexual liberation once they reach the age
of consent; we relocate all over the world, preferring to live anywhere but home, yet we still agonize over our local sports
team; we own many things, and still feel like we don't have enough; we believe in discipline at school or at work, but we all have a
right to «let ourselves go» on the weekend; we tolerate everything, except
people that don't agree with us.

I get your point mate. But in truth Ramsey is the CM and Xhaka is the DM according to our formation anf tactic. It's even debatable if Xhaka is capable
of playing DM.I think Ramsey's tactical awareness is poor but he has every
right to take risks and move into the opposition box. He's a box to box player. The only problem is Ramsey overdoes it.If we had a proper CDM the
team would be more balanced. Now it's like we have two CM's playing in midfield and due to their poor tactical awareness we're always left exposed.I conclude by reminding
people that Wilshere is better footballer and is more intelligent than Xhaka. It'll be better playing Wilshere and pairing him with a CDM than having Xhaka play there. He just gets to play over him becausr we signed him for # 35.
More specifically, these

You need to be on the line giving hope and encouraging your
team even schooling if need be, they are paid to take the praise as well as the bad, so a new type
of Manager that stands on the line and makes the decision to either close out game or add to win, Wenger apart fro Arteta Flamini who if 2 yrs younger would do it with attackers we have them, how ever when you make the subs at the
right time can to alter the game is key and Wenger is not that type
of person.

i saw the Liverpool and Southampton match both
teams are performing and scoring a goals especially when i see the unlucky arsenal being taken to regrets and chelsea are the same but with more interested group
of players, staff and managers and ours is like we are conceding a lot
of goals due to defensive issues and old village idiot is asked whether they should have signed a defensive player old fool replies you
people don't see the match and not knowing what he said and the media has got the frenchie by his nuts and when squeezed blood is more than just will come out, i can't say i hope he leaves cause the board only took questions they liked the BBC journo showed
right down his throat asking cut - throat questions the way i like it.
I remember that 91
team well i had just graduated high school that year.In the 90 season i saw they changed to black uniforms i was like that's my
team.I was like i got to have one
of those black jerseys and i went to the mall
right after xmas in 90 and what do i find a number 21 black jersey sitting on the clearence rack with a host
of other
teams jerseys that was the only Falcons one left.So i bought it and wore that at school the next week and i told
people this is my
team win lose or draw. That 91
team was exciting to watch and that's how it all started for me being a fan
of this
team.
Whilst I am a regular participant in political protests and demonstrations — I believe it is
right to protest against something you see as being wrong, but I think
people need to remember that when players are struggling with form and confidence and the
team is under great pressure, then as a supporter
of your
team it is more appropriate to get behind the
team during the match.
Many fans and pundits have questioned Wenger's tactics and the mentality
of the
teams he built by himself and although quite a few
people slaughter me every time I dare say something about the Boss, truth is with the title gone and another top 4 finish looming we have the
right to judge him and Arsene won't like the judgement.
He may be able replace a couple

right person to identify the weaknesses in the
team.
I like their partnership for sure and think it's very good, but I don't think it's an elite partnership, and the way we usually play we need that...
teams don't get a lot
of chances against arsenal, but usually they are very good scoring chances off fast counters, and we need to have the
right people to deal with that.
Joining a club
of arsenal s stature has its ups and downs. There is a requirement
of how our players should perform when on the pitch. The following is a list
of players who were wrong to choose arsenal.Aaron ramsey - Even though he is the most favoured
of all players at the club now.I cant help but think how it would have gone for Him if he decided to search for other greener pastures. He was a clear talented footballer during his time at cardiff but he hasnt been raised with the discipline at arsenal. You can always see ramseys all round strengths but sadly Its not helping him or the club with his foward moving pleasurr. He is so Over used and its sometimes difficult for him to get used to the rythm
of the game. With time you realise he gets low ib confidence and his engine gets wasted. He needed somebody who would have managed him properly and with care and that
person is certainpy not wenger. You would have been better off at Manu mate.Calum chambers - Came us a very talented player from southampton with raw talent. He was very good at first but wenger found a way to reduce his level
of confidence. His inexperience was left exposed and wenger did nt do anything to resolve that problem and instead He looked for other talented players.Alex oxlade chamberlain - Another very talented player who needed only his skilled sharpened and his character modelled. That and he was ready to become a world beater. But wenger decided to let him run and run like a headless chicken causing him to be often injured and damaging his confidence.Who knows what would have happened to him gad he decided to look for more greener pasture. He is surely a much better player than this.Theo walcott - Another player who was tipped to have a very bright future. He had it in him.But all he needed was an appropriate manager who would nurture him with discipline and help him with his talent. But on Coming to arsenal he was given Much more responsiblities putting more weight on his shoulders on top
of that another player who was recklessly managed with his talent and never coming off age because his character wasnt properly shaped.Mesut ozil - Al
right i agree he perfoms well just recently. But imagine all the legendary players he was often compared to during his time at real madrid. On coming to arsenal he found no rotation often overused, suffered many injuries and his confidence dwindled. It is pretty clear arsene does not take any responsibility for players. And when at arsenal you have to be your own manager. You need not rely on your manager otherwise you might continue being the same player for the next many years. That is why each and every player are what they are because
of their own efforts and wenger had nothing to do with it.Van persie was the same player for over 7 years untill he himself decided to change.Wenger only organises and prepares tge
team while the rest is in your court. It is not what so many
people make it out to be.Thats why we need to pressure wenger more than our own players. They are their own self managers and wenger needs to take that responsibility
We should design the biggest protesting plan that the world
of football has ever seen, we should show the world that even in the era that money and billionaires are trying to corrupt football, fans still can take control, when we don't buy tickets or any merchandises the board wont profit, Emirates Stadium should be filled with very few
people all holding banners with «Kroenke out» written on it, we should use ArsenalFanTV to destroy Kroenke, we have the tools, we should just use them in the
right way and then we will defeat Kroenke, from last season i stopped buying anything Arsenal related and just watched Arsenal getting trashed by
teams and it just made me extremely sad!!!
Nothing like one underachiever blowing smoke up the ass
of another... we know that Ozil has some incredible technical gifts, but to be considered the best you have to bring more than just assists to the table... for me, a top player has to possess a more well - rounded game, which doesn't mean they need to be a beast on both ends
of the pitch, but they must have the ability to take their game to another level when it matters most... although he amassed some record - like stats early on, it set the bar too high, so when
people expected him to duplicate those numbers each year the pressure seemed to get the best
of our soft - spoken star... obviously that's not an excuse for what has happened in the meantime, but it's important to make note
of a few things: (1) his best year was a transition year for many
of the traditionally dominant
teams in the EPL, so that clearly made the numbers appear better than they actually were and (2) Wenger's system, or lack thereof, didn't do him any favours; by playing him out
of position and by not acquiring world - class striker and / or
right - side forward that would best fit an Ozil - centered offensive scheme certainly hurt his chances to repeat his earlier peformances, (3) the loss
of Cazorla, who took a lot
of pressure off Ozil in the midfield and was highly efficient when it came to getting him the ball in space, negatively impacted his effectiveness and (4) he likewise missed a good chunk
of games and frankly never looked himself when he eventually returned to the field... overall the Ozil experiment has had mixed reviews and rightfully so, but I do have some empathy for the man because he has always carried himself the same way, whether for Real or the German National
team, yet he has only suffered any lengthy down periods with Arsenal... to me that goes directly to this club's inability to surround him with the necessary players to succeed, especially for someone who is a pass first type
of player; as such, this simply highlights our club's ineffective and antiquated transfer policies... frankly I'm disappointed in both Ozil and our management
team for not stepping up when it counted because they had a chance to do something special, but they didn't have it in them... there is no one that better exemplifies our recent history than Ozil, brief moments
of greatness undercut by long periods
of disappointing play, only made worse by his mopey posturing like a younger slightly less awkward Wenger... what a terribly waste
well
ppl were saying arsenal badly needed a striker with pace and better finishing, now those fans have been proved
right which cud have been the difference last season.unfortunately wenger thought otherwise.dont understand why is ozil played on the wing when hes PROVEN to be efficient in middle (and wenger cites example
of brazilian
team winning world cup with no10's, oh dear!.
