Only the triggers and
right thumb pad actually have an effect on what I am doing on the screen.

With the cruise controls at your left
thumb, a rocker switch to control your volume on your

right thumb on the X button at the top, this is not an altogether uncomfortable arrangement, and allows the entire original picture in each of these games to be viewed as it was intended.
Luckily, the controls allow for this with the left and
right D -
Pad buttons bringing up either the melee or shield choices which you can
thumb through quickly with the
right stick.
With Dead Trigger 2 you can move using the D -
pad (still difficult), but you have to aim using the touch screen still, awkwardly stretching your
right thumb over - so why bother at all?
The config of choice by the community makes use of both the
right touchpad and the gyro, however, resting your
thumb on the
right pad is all it takes to enable the gyro.
Another setting swaps the location of the PIN - input
pad and phone dialer to the left or
right side of the screen, saving the annoyance of having to stretch your
thumb.
