1 To keep your cast iron pan in good condition, simply
rinse it with hot water then wipe it clean with a dry cloth or a paper towel after each use.

I currently wash my diaper laundry on

water heat set to non-scald temperatures)
with detergent (and sometimes OxiClean) followed by a cold

hot water wash

rinse cycles (instead of full
hot wash cycles) until suds are gone during the
rinse cycle.
