Last week I made a delicious
roasted squash soup, but in order to ease in the concept of soup for dinner to my husband, I decided to whip up some of my trusty pizza dough to serve alongside.
Today I picked up a squash, and I'm thinking of making
roasted squash soup tomorrow... If it worked out, I'll upload the recipe.

soup for cold weather.
Peel, cube and
roast the butternut
squash before adding it to the pot for an even thicker and more luscious
