My first thought was to simply add brown sugar atop the
strawberries before roasting.
So after
roasting the
strawberries with the balsamic reduction and honey I let them cool for a bit
before adding them to my ice cream which allows the syrup to thicken up nicely.
I've used
strawberries and orange liqueur
before, but next time I make this, I'm gonna top it with my Herb
Roasted Citrus for another yummy spin.
