roasted almonds because I like the flavor it adds to the nut butter — it's much more deep and complex.

roasting starts to break down some of the healthy fats in there.
Ok, this recipe is not 100 % raw as I toasted the
almonds for the base
because I prefer the sweetness of
roasted nuts compared to raw nuts.
