What I did was buy a whole
butternut squash cut it in half and
roast it cut
side down in a baking dish in the oven — 350 for an hour and a half.
The sweetness of the
butternut squash really comes out when it is
roasted, and the tart cranberries, creamy goat cheese, and crunchy almonds come together to make this unique, easy
