roasted vegetables and even stir -
fries (try adding a bit of ginger to the
carrot dressing for an Asian inspired flavour).
The «
carrot fries» I serve as guest chef are plain old oven -
roasted baby
carrots, but because we call them «
fries,» kids who hate cooked
carrots gobble them up.
