roasted chickpeas to top a soup, those would totally work on this recipe too, but this time I have gone for a whole bunch of fresh corriander,

Spread your broccoli and cauliflower florets out on a
roasting sheet and mix well with

Assemble the bowls: Place a large handful or two of arugula into each bowl, and top with the

Also all I had was unsweetened
coconut flakes which were just fine (recipe didn't specify) and I had
roasted salted walnuts, so I used those and just omitted the extra salt to the recipe.
