I kind of changed it up to resemble guacamole with lime juice, onion, and
roasted garlic instead of raw garlic.
Great recipe, but I think next time I'm going to use
roasted garlic instead of the raw.
Note: If you decide to use
roasted garlic instead of fresh garlic for the salsa verde (recipe below), throw in 2 garlic cloves in a baking pan or on some foil.

If you have time to
roast a head of
garlic, you could mash it and rub it all over the cauliflower steaks
instead of using
garlic powder.
We added a little extra
garlic and used
roasted Green Chilis from New Mexico

I added a few
garlic cloves to the
