Add the veggies and the liquid to
the roasting pan and place in a preheated 350 F oven for about 35 minutes, or until the chicken is tender and just done.

I prepared my basting liquid, seasoned the cavity, lathered the bird in butter,
and placed it in the
roasting pan.
