layers + cozy apparel... you know, snuggly faux fur vest (or in this case a sherpa vest), suede booties (these ShoeDazzle ones are comfy + cute) + of course a killer bag (hey if you ask me, every season requires at least 1 or 2 new handbags, I mean why not right... season change = closet change... basic math haha)
I personally don't dress much differently for Thanksgiving than I would for any other family dinner in the
fall, but it's still fun to debut a new sweater or
rock a preppy plaid
layered combo since pictures are always bound to happen.
I'm
layering under a tunic top, which I think is a fun and unexpected way to
rock the cold shoulder trend for
fall.
Fall fashion has always been all about
layering, so don't be afraid to
rock a vest or light jacket.
The only way white lace
layers sound good, are with some sort of
rock and roll inspired
fall shoe.
The thing about this darker blush pink caftan is it can totally be
layered over a turtleneck or underneath a long cardigan sweater and
rocked with a slide or bootie for
fall too.
